We are a family company which has been operating since 1970. Our sole director, Moira Linton, boasts over 13 years of experience in the demolition industry and relishes in all types of demolition – commercial, residential and strip out/renovations.

She leads our team on a daily basis, and prioritises clients according to their requirements, budget and timeline, while assuring the hard work gets done in a quality manner. Our experience covers all structures under the Building Code for our demolition licence being Class 1 to and including Class 10. This includes multi-unit residential buildings, boarding house, caretakers’ residences, office buildings, restaurants, factories and a variety of public structures (schools, sporting facilities, aged care, lawn bowls centre and more).

We take pride in our work and safety has not been an issue on any of our sites. We have policies, procedures and a dedicated OHS manual which all of our team follow. As we are all family, we do not want anything to happen to one another, so we all follow our manual diligently!
