Precision Consulting is mainly started by the Senior estimator (Frances YANG). Frances has expertise in project estimating and has over 12 years of construction estimating experience in various trades in building and construction industry. She has successfully completed over 200 projects. Frances has worked for both general and subcontractors and worked across the globe including United states, China, Australia. Her experience in Australia includes cost estimating on the different trades (concrete, formwork, masonry, tiling, waterproofing, windows and doors) etc in  different companies in Sydney.
