Cubitt's Granny Flats and Home Extensions is an Australian family owned and run residential builder. Our Managing Director, Kate Cubitt has been running the business successfully since 2019. 

Through their work in the residential building sector Cubitt seeks to provide smart and desirable affordable housing for Australians throughout NSW and the ACT with particualr emphasis on women as purchasers, investors and those most in need of afforable housing in many phases of their lives. 

Cubitt's runs a successful female apprenticeships programme which grows year on year to support the greater presence of women in Trades.
